It's a big week for Android and it's shaping up to be a big week for Android Faithful as well! With Google releasing The Android Show: I/O Edition tomorrow, we're adjusting our release schedule to work around the news coming out of the show AND we've got something really special for you, the Android Faithful audience to go along with the news! With that, let's get into the changes this week to the schedule:
- NO Patron Pick this week - we'll be back next week with a patron pick vote for you to contribute to the show
- Early Podcast Release - This week the podcast will be releasing earlier in the day tomorrow, Tuesday, 5/12. You can look for it around 1 PM ET / 10 AM PT on your audio feed and on YouTube (where we'll release it as a premiere). Also we won't be livestreaming the recording as we usually do)
- After Hours Livestream - We'll be livestreaming during our regular time on Tuesday, 5/12 at 8 PM ET/ 5 PM PT but just doing the Android Faithful After Hours show. Since this is a special week, the recording of the After Hours will be livestreamed for all to watch and the recording will be released on Patreon as usual
ALSO - we want this After Hours to be REALLY Awesome - so we want YOU to be a part of it, so after the news breaks from Google from The Android Show, we want to After Hours to take YOUR questions live about the announcements. So you can email us your questions to contact@androidfaithful.com or you can watch the livestream and ask your questions in the chat and we'll answer them live on After Hours! Anything goes! Ask us anything!
